So,
I just got my GH1. First thing to do? Plug it in and do some testrecording. Skew? Not recognisable. Light sensitivity? Well. No lights and outside it isn't that bright ether. And that little light is dulled down through the curtains.

All Auto, no settings changed. Recorded on high 720p avchd, dropped into iMovie with settings to high res and exported to a mov without changing anything.

    Very good. This camera is very good in low light. Skew is basically non existent.

    Yes. Pure kit Lens. I really like the Look of the Lens. But Zooming is no good Idea inside, as it really darkens down the Image. Will test it Outside at the Weekend.

    I tried to produce Skew and had to wave the cam around that fast that everything blurred out anyhow. If you pan that fast skew is no Problem at all.

    You can film handheld without having annoying skew even when you move, not like the D90
