This is a short demo reel of clips from projects I've lit, shot, edited, and color graded.

Most clips were shot on a Panasonic HVX200 or HPX170 with a Brevis system and Nikon lenses.
Edited on FCP and color graded in Apple Color.
Song: Röyksopp Forever, by Röyksopp.

There's some absolutely beautiful shots in there. Love the park stuff specially that dandelion shot and the inspi(red) wheel chair shot is amazing also. Nice color work on those clouds at the start. Swing shot is really cool and fun. Those are my favs.

I had seen your shots looking up the trees weeks ago and it must have inspired me to make an ink drawing of the same thing. :) Nothing special but I just realized those shots had stuck with me. I'll have to send you a link when I get a chance to scan my sketches.

Side note a few shots have some little bumps on dolly in/out. Maybe you could try out Shake's stabilizer. I've used it in the past with great results.

Wow thank you so much for your comment! Your drawing is excellent! As for the dolly shot, I've corrected it quite a bit already because the original was insanely messy haha. I'll try making it a little more smooth though, thanks for the suggestion! Btw, I'm a huge fan of your Visual-Effects Reel... You have a ton of talent in that area! We should collab sometime!

The shot at 1:08 remains your best. Is the green gradient artificially or is it some kind of weird lightleak?

Well the shot itself is actually a reflection of a tree in a small pool of water, so the green was actually moss. I added a green gradient to accentuate it though, along with a magenta and orange gradient on the other side. Thanks so much for watching!!

Shot selections are great... nice combo. I would have liked to have them held a tiny bit less but that is just preference. It's a great reel.

One tech detail: some shots have a green line on the right or left you may want to rectify that if you will send it out....
