In this video, students discuss their scientific experiment entitled: "How does salt concentration affect the hatching of brine shrimp eggs?".
These ESL students developed their own dialogues and assumed roles of a research scientist working on a faster way to hatch brine shrimp while her partner chose to be a reporter for NY1 News. In this way, students developed their oral and written skills while explaining the scientific method.
This video can be used as a teaching tool which shows students how to conduct an experiment and transfer that information to a display board.
