13. Cycling in the Azilal Atlas, Morocco

Gudy Rooijakkers, Harm Reijntjes and John Telleman travelled on bicycle in the Azilal Atlas in Morocco. We followed the following route:
Marrakech, Demnat, Imi n Ifri, R302, Ikkis, Ait bou Ouli, Abashkou, Agouti, Tabant, Tizi n Tirgist, Zawyat Ahansal, Tilouguit, Auaouizargt, Bin el Ouidane, Azilal, Ouzoud, Demnat, Marrakech.
Most of this route is dirtroad, and in very bad condition.
Als are the shops 'filled' with only esential stuff to keep you alive. During this trip we stayed in a couple of gite de etapes, the very basic bed & breakfast of the high Atlas mountains.
