My first autocross. Driving 1974 2002 tii Lemons car. Car is owned by Mark Bryant, captain of the infamous Jynweythek Engineering Semi-Mobile Automotive Restoration Team.
Car is setup for road racing, with a welded 3.64 diff, 425 lb rear springs out of some ridiculous junkyard heap, and virtually zero camber up front (maybe 1 degree negative. Maybe.) Tires are worn pieces of street shoe leather that have been used for 5 Lemons races, an autocross, and extensive road testing. Brake pads and shoes are whatever we've had on the car for the last 5 Lemons races--endurance compound pads, autocross shoes. Pretty worthless in cold weather. Fuel cell contains approximately 12 gallons of gas. Driver is a novice rookie beginner boob.
Oversteer, bad line choice, myopic vision of the course ahead, excessive coasting, lack of confidence, poor hand placement and steering wheel control, improper lane change, failure to use turn indicator, driving while mentally impaired.
