Highlights of the evening were Joey's generous tour of the broadcast facilities, including his colorful commentary on pictures of antenna construction; cracking open beer cans; finishing out the analog signal with vintage sign-off footage and the national anthem; me getting to pull the plug on analog; and hearing what was left after the removal of WPSD's VHF television signal: a Christian FM radio station across the street on an adjacent channel, a.k.a. the voice of God!
