This is the story of how an offer to fly with the Blue Angels turned into a rare opportunity to fly with a skywriting team out of NYC instead. The pilots of the North American SNJ-2's, WWII fighter aircraft, were unbelievably great guys so I had a little fun with the before and after. The goal was to fly in the Ocean City Air Show '09. But the marine layer started to roll in. We knocked this flight out before they called the show for the day. Thanks Skytypers!
