Brief: To create branded video content supporting M&G’s 3 year sponsorship of the Chelsea Flower Show.
Approach: Working with the campaign brand guidelines, we started the first year of this job by designing an opening animation which was then adapted annually. Two time lapse cameras were installed on site to monitor the building of the M&G garden and several interviews were conducted with key individuals. During the show a camera team captured great cutaways and vox pops from celebrities and guests. Impressed by our work, M&G asked us to film an online “video diary” with their chosen gardener in the second year of sponsorship – the high quality vignettes were uploaded to the web and remain popular.
