Basic Surf Fitness Training was made to motivate people who wish to try surfing to get fit for their first surf lessons or for anyone already surfing who wishes to keep fit while being landlocked. Or anyone who is already surfing. Actually, anyone would benefit good fitness from doing them daily... :):):) Increase the number of repetitions according to how your body adapts. Let's say 10 is the minimum of maximum. Aloha :)
