vicki kapilow 2 years agoloved the running times part 1, 2, 3. I am going to use them with my high school crosscountry team of boys and girls. I am a personal trainer, who runs and coaches cross country. Loved the workouts. going to use them on tuesday. Love anything in plank position it builds the core and that makes better runners. especially for teens. thanks. loved your article in the july/august issue.
