This video highlights the Binghamton Neighborhood Assemblies Project, which connects citizens to resources at City Hall, educational instituitions, and community organizations. This six-minute clip is part of a 30 minute video on Civic Engagement opportunities in the City of Binghamton.

The video is the second in a four-part series on how citizens can utilize resources at the City. A video on Finance was released on May 16th, and videos on housing and internet-based resources will be released in the coming months.

The administration of Binghamton Mayor Matt Ryan has been committed to open government since the beginning, and this video series is another way of keeping that promise.
