This is one of the Stanford University 2002 American Parliamentary Debate Association (APDA) tournament's semifinal rounds, between Minnesota BC and the Brandeis/Princeton hybrid (a.k.a. "Albuquerque/Fresno").

As Government, Minnesota BC (Zach Coelius and Ryan Black) ran an opp-choice case that made the speaker Peter Pan while the crocodile was about to eat Captain Hook. Should Peter Pan allow Hook to get eaten or not?

Brandeis/Princeton (Storey Clayton & Emily Garin), on Opposition, chose to let Captain Hook get eaten. They won the round on a 4-1 decision.
