Pat Clancy is President & CEO, The Community Builders. Pat has been with The Community Builders, the nation's largest non-profit urban residential developer and operator, since receiving his degree from Harvard Law School in 1971. He has led the organization since 1976. TCB is a mission driven 501(c)(3) organization focused on building and sustaining strong communities, and has been planning, developing and operating affordable and mixed-income housing communities for over forty years. It has a staff of over 400, properties with a value of over $2 billion, more than 20,000 units completed, and a management portfolio of 9,000 units in ninety developments. Pat's current focus is on leading an innovation effort to redesign TCB's operating practice for its larger mixed-income communities to enable working poor families to achieve increased success.
