Here is my first Houdini RnD video.
First one - I used the Volume shader to create some clouds. It seems much faster that Afterburn Clouds in terms of render.
Second one - Following the Pyro volcano video from sidefx I transferred velocity channel from a particle sim as a custom force to the smoke simulation.
Third one - Using FLIP to create some viscous liquid stuff.
My conclusion is Houdini 12 is quite fast in many things.
