This is Week 4 of Scott's challenge to safely lose up to 50 lbs in 90 days (12 weeks). The real challenge is that Scott's busy lifestyle as a husband, father, and business owner forces him to get most of his food from drive throughs and fast food places.
This week, after meeting with Performance Coach Khai McBride, we find Scott taking the time to go grocery shopping and making greater strides in cleaning up his diet even more by preparing cleaner food for the week. Scott shows us a few simple ideas that anyone can do in order to prepare food in bulk to ensure that we are getting both a better quality of nutrition as well as save money from eating out too much. Scott also feels stronger this week so he turns his workouts up a notch.
