This is an antique Louis XIV period armoire from France. It is solid walnut and its in very good condition. It is circa 1700!

This armoire droite is characterized by only one hinged door, tall and narrow, with a drawer below. Some of its moldings are borrowed from the Louis XIII style, projecting cornice and front bun feet. Other characteristics, like the arched front moldings and shaped indents call out the Louis XIV style.

The patina is rich and highly polished.
