Attention all Tree house supporters: we need your help! This adorable little girl is Mila. We believe Mila was hit by a car, causing radial nerve damage to her right front leg. Normally, cats with this condition need to have the leg amputated, but Mila is special. Since the damage is so low on her leg, she can use her shoulder and elbow. She can run around and she even stretches that leg out and uses it to play with toys. We believe that Mila's leg can be saved! She needs a procedure called carpal arthrodesis, which is much mre expensive than an amputation, and would need to be performed by an orthopedic surgeon. With this surgery, Mila would be able to run around, play, and do all the things she loves to do, without her right leg buckling under. The clinic has estimated the cost of this surgery to be $3000, and any contribution is appreciated. To donate, please visit treehouseanimals.org/mila. Thank you so much for your help, and stay tuned for updates on beautiful little Mila!
