This is a video shot in May of 2009 depicting the amazing island of Lanzarote. The video was shot while training on and exploring Lanzarote and portrays not only the breathtaking scenery of Lanzarote but also Ironman Lanzarote through the eyes of Tara Norton, professional Ironman triathlete from Toronto, Canada and videographer Denis Ahrens. The voice recording was done at the last minute and was completely improvised. I simply handed my voice recorder to Tara at the end of our trip and she just spoke into the recorder without any rehearsal!
