Many Broadcast Companies are cutting corners to serve to the bottom line, putting the shareholders interests - over their listeners. These stations program one basic sounding formula and BLAST that sound onto 'all of their properties' across the country. I call it RADIO CLONING and its killing a once creative medium.
With so many alternatives in todays marketplace which listeners can tap into, these broadcasters are fooling nobody but themselves. This homogenized template is flawed.
Great marketing (whatever the product) has always been about being creative, standing apart from your competitor, and putting your customers needs first.
