This is Week 5 of Scott's challenge to safely lose up to 50 lbs in 90 days (12 weeks). The real challenge is that Scott's busy lifestyle as a husband, father, and business owner forces him to get most of his food from drive throughs and fast food places.

This week Scott talks about utilizing the art of 'Visualization' to help push yourself through grueling workouts. Faced with the challenge of not being able to take any type of Fat Burners or stimulants other then coffee in the morning, Scott utilizes visualization to give him steam at the end of a long day when he needs to complete his workouts at night.
