Jesus frequently spent time with people nobody expected him to spend time with. In Luke 19 we can see that he has dinner with a tax collector by the name of Zacchaeus. Nobody in Jesus' day liked tax collectors because they were dishonest and because they helped fund the regime of the oppressor. Yet Jesus cared so much about him that he didn't mind the controversy.
In this sermon, Sebastiaan explores how far we can go when we want to reach people where they are at. Do we let the culture influence us as Christians or should we influence the culture?
