Thanks dyno! I'm quite a fan thus far!

The 'mud' that everyone was talking about doesn't really bother me and seems quite minimal in my few short tests.

I've found that the zoom on the kit lens is a bit cumbersome, the ring itself seems a bit tight. Perhaps this will get looser with more use.

The workflow seems simple enough. A bit longer for 1080, but worth it.

Sweeeet dude. Yeah I had to cancel my order with panny direct and getting one from Canada. Should be getting mine next week...crossing fingers. In the meanwhile, throw more footage up man!

how do you think this dslr match up to the d90... for indie filmmaking because ive seen the reverie trailer which looks awsome, shot with the d90... vimeo.com/4686358... what do you think?

I haven't used the d90 before, so I can't give a first hand account. But from what I've heard, the GH1 has a better refresh rate than the d90 (less jello, I guess).

So chances are you can at least get the same quality if not better.

That was actually a result of very experimental color correction in Color.
