Video shows a problem using Visio 2010 under Windows 8. It is impossible to drag shapes from the stencil window onto the page. Using a with mouse works just fine. Drag & Drop of shapes already placed on page is not possible using the finger. The page gets always dragged. In Windows 7 there was an option under "tablet pc settings": disable single finger panning - it worked system wide, but helped making Visio a good choice as a touch app. In Windows 8 this system wide option has gone. Visio 2010 can't be used on touch devices under Windows 8 at all. I'll post a video adressing the similar problem using brand new Visio 2013 under Windows 8.

Microsoft should provide the option to disable single finger panning (just like in Windows 7) system wide, or (better) per application.
