The best way to arrive with everything that you need for a successful presentation is to create a check list of any item that you might need -- computer, cables, remote, markers, name tag, introduction, handouts, etc. It's easy to forget the one item that you really need. To make sure that this does not happen to you, refer to your checklist before you leave your office You may not need everything, but at least you'll know if you have what you need.
