For the 2009 PDX Film Fest CARTUNE XPREZ conjured a sprawling installation showcase in 3 parts. In Part 1: LOOPS, local design firm VON TUNDRA refigured dozens of monitors for 15 artists’ endless visions trapped in tubes. Part 2: GAMES featured an expanded arcade with side-by-side interactive video adventures. Part 3: BIG TOPS built a home for opening night performances with tents, strobes, clouds, and rainbows.
