Scoopics are very awesome cameras. Considering how inexpensive they are compared to an Arri, you just can't beat them.
Sensitivity to light is an issue of film stock, not camera. Scoopics can open to wide apertures, so if you use a good negative stock (unlike the black/white reversal stock in this video), you can get excellent light sensitivity and low contrast. But as with all film-based media, you must light adequately if you are indoors.
The sound was pre-recorded in this video. This is common with most music videos.
