San Diego Kelp Bed Products is a vendor at my local Tuesday farmer's market. Their fare? Sea urchin! Vil and I decided to have a culinary adventure and prepare our own uni sushi... which meant cracking open these suckers while they were still squirming. At the last minute, I decided to have Ben document this momentous occasion. We didn't really plan it out to be a how-to video, which is why there aren't too many close-ups.
