This exhibition is 15th in the Prospect series, which presents works by selected Nova Scotian artists in the early stages of their careers. Recent work by Anne Macmillan, curated by Ingrid Jenkner, the exhibition includes a series of intricate cardboard boxes each designed to fold up and enclose individual rocks. Radar derived models of asteroids were used to create a series of drawings that trace the contours of the objects as they rotate, and an unfolded wooden box has been designed for a hypothetical (yet highly probable) asteroid (to fit within an unknown degree of tolerance).
