Destination Wedding: Russel and Aline
Ok here it is!
I am so excited to release this highlights movie that I pieced together on the flight home to the states. Brazil was amazing. It was a miracle that I made it there where originally Drew and myself were booked to go, but "Rush My Travel Visa" seemed to not be able to do their job....
Long Story short, after many problems with our visa agency, I ended up going alone to shoot this wedding. It was like the old days when I used to do weddings alone and would run all over to make sure that all the cameras and angels were good to go. So in the end this wedding went great and I got more than enough awesome footage.
I first met the bride about 3 years ago when I was on a trip with my church visiting some friends in Brazil. On this trip we stopped in at a bible college in Campo Mauro and it was there that I met Aline. So three years latter she shoots me an email that she is engaged and that she wanted me to shoot her wedding. I was and am so blessed to be apart of their wedding day.
I loved seeing the Brazilian wedding tradition at this wedding as well. My favorite was during the ceremony all the family is surrounding the bride and groom and I felt like it gave us all a very beautiful picture of two families coming together. After the kiss both Aline and Russel greeted and hugged everyone from the opposite family. It was very cool seeing this.
Overall I was blessed by this wedding and I really hope that you enjoy not only the beautiful cathedral, but the beauty of two families coming together into one.
Enjoy.
