"Route Corona"
45 seconds on / 15 seconds off of:
Row (max meters)
Static Tire Flip
American KBs: 70 lbs / 50 lbs
Box Jump: 24" / 20"
Wall Ball: 20 lbs / 14 lbs
Double Unders
Over the Bar Burpees
Ground to OH: 95 lbs / 75 lbs

"Bochs:"
AMRAP to failure
30 seconds to push sled 75 feet
.... a bunch of weight was added ....

"SR-22" (finals)
5 minutes of:
1 rope climb
Stones over barrier: 115 lbs / 65 lbs
2 minutes of: (to determine 1st through 4th place in competition)
Thrusters: 95 lbs / 75 lbs
