Chicagoan Cameron Pfiffner describes the ideas and motivations behind his group "Adolphe's Ax" - a saxophone sextet that is performing at the 2012 Umbrella Music Festival (November 10th) at the Hideout in Chicago.

This saxophone sextet is the "nucleus of an opera about the life of Adolph Sax" - the inventor of the saxophone who apparently led an interesting, disturbing life.
