Ms. Banks, I agree. {Although there were a few things that just did not look right (Green Jobs vid) such as. door hinges on inside of room next to 'fridge plus 'fridge doors should open R-L for proper access from kitchen.} This information motivates me further after I keep getting pushed back by those saying 'There's no money' (for improvement projects for my home as well as those of others) or 'Who cares?'.
