1. The Runner -Exploit yourself-
Exploit yourself is a Spec commercial inspired by NIKE.

Directed by Carl Erik Rinsch, Expliot yourself talks about your own limits. The commercial was produced in Big Lazy Robot Visual Effects studio from february to may.

Our wish was to show off the nerve and spark and freshness of the city with the strength and power of modern sport competition, all in a whole 3d environment.

‘Exploit Yourself’ talks about pushing your limits just for the sake of it.

Who said life at the city was placid?

if the robot would have turned into human at the end (as if it's already a human but audiance sees him as a robot for showing the perfection), it could have been 10/10. But now it's 9/10 :)

    Fantastic work.

You won't be disappointed. Big Lazy Robot's visual drive dominates your mind, injecting you directly into the kinetic hurricane of adrenaline, awe, and desire to be. Push beyond your limit.

:\ animation needs a ton of work. Really not trying to Troll here, but I'd say the things holding this back from a viral hit are the lack of convincing cloth dynamics and the fact that it screams hand-key

sry to be that guy...nice lighting though!

Yeah, but the ENVIRONMENT is what is amazing about this. This all 3D environment is pretty darn sweet for 3-4 months of work.

The sequence is almost a ripoff of the one in "The Animatrix, Final Flight of the Osiris" where Jue was sent into the Matrix. youtube.com/watch?v=fNuVydtLKus See the similarity?

really nice work! one thing i have to complain about would be the music cut, @sec20 there is a overlapping, so it's turning louder, and @sec26 i think the rhythm jumps..but the rest (concept, modelling, camerawork, compositing) is excellent!!!
