Trying out various techniques to fake the look of a shift/tilt lens. Footage shot on a DSR-570 in Hamburg, Germany. Various effects applied in FCP to try to get the look.

Basically the test proves that you cannot fake a swing/sift lens...

    Looks pretty good for what you did.
    I just tried this in fcp last night.
    Ill keep tweaking until Im happy with it, or Ill just go purchase a tilt shift for the canon.

    the overhead shot works the best. if you think about the "toys" that were shot like this for many years, they had a very a narrow FOV, and they never had people Walking int hem. just "Toys". anyway, neat stuff.
