Blacked-Out Media was a video TV show that ran half an hour a week for two years starting in 2003 on cable access dish network channels across the United States. It was produced by The New York City Indypendent Media Center Video Team. Not An Alternative played a central role in the weekly curation and production of segments pertaining to art and activism.
