Fast forward 3 years after my contributions to the original Star Wars Uncut project, and here's my next try at reproducing a scene in one of the most time consuming ways. :-P
I shot this clip at 24 fps with a Canon 5D Mark III using a 16-35mm for the wide shots, and a 100mm Macro for everything else. On a Mac-based workflow I used Dragonframe for the captures, CrazyTalk for facial animation, AE CS6 for messing everything up, Sound Studio for audio work, and iMovie for final editing.
For LEGO fans, the AT-AT is from set 10178, the large snowspeeder is from set 8089, and the little snowspeeder is from the 2011 Star Wars Advent Calendar (7958).
