Using pfSense to Throttle Downloads for LAN Party Traffic

This video basically highlights what is covered in the linked article as a proof of concept for throttling HTTP and Steam downloads at a LAN party. Nobody likes it when they can't play because someone forgot to update before showing up and is hogging all the bandwidth with a download. This is the solution I came up with and published my configurations.
