Wonderfully refreshing assessment of Chinese manufacturers who are eager to make high quality products. Congratulations Joey on a great product, and for the drive to take a big risk and stick with it! (And thanks Kevin for the great interview!)
kevin, great content here on your vimeo account. the video quality and the lighting is absolutely stunning. canon looks like a really compelling choice...and i'm a nikon guy.. however, i think the aperture was a little too wide on this one. your arm is out of focus pushing a little too "dreamy" look for an interview content. i guess it's just my taste, but i wonder what do others think about it?
That was a really interesting interview. For someone who is new to Tea its good to see the different things that are out there. I have just now learned that loose tea tastes better than bags and its good to know how to make it. Kevin, do you drink it iced or do you stick to hot tea?
Side note: Joey Roth, you are one interesting dude.
looking at the grass grow, French idiom to say just enjoy life the 'slow motion' way.

this is the most beautiful house stuff I have seen in years!
It looks to have several design weaknesses: the seal around the top has to seal under rapidly changing temperatures and must survive handling, ageing, etc; the screw holding it all together must always be done up securely or it will leak boiling water; when opened, water from previous use will drip onto table (unless dried each time).
It just looks as if he has tried to solve a problem that doesn't exist.
It does look good, however, but he has confused style with functional design.
$200 or $250 is a stupid price for something that may not last or be that good. I wouldn't waste my money.
