In October, I took a four week trip through Southeast Asia. Starting in New York, I flew through Tokyo, Bangkok, Krabi (Thailand), Chiang Mai (Thailand), Luang Prabang (Laos), Siem Reap and Angkor (Cambodia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), and Singapore. Each city had its own incredible character. But halfway through my trip, I realized that it was futile to try and photograph or record everything, because I just didn't have the skill to capture everything around me. There was no way a photo could describe the perfect breeze at sunset atop Mount Phousi in Luang Prabang.

Regardless, I took over 4,500 photos during my trip in Southeast Asia. But my iPhone also served as a handy camcorder. The footage quality isn't the best and things are very shaky, but I think it gives it a special charm. Here's a short film I put together from the scraps on my iPhone. Enjoy (and don't get motion sickness!).
