The Alabama Limited Self-Governance Act destroys property rights and facilitates selective enforcement and yet the Tuscaloosa County Commission remains adamant in their resolve to enact ordinances to enforce the tenets of this draconian law. This video documents a skirmish in the war to retain private property rights in Alabama. It was filmed on June 24th, 2009 at the Tuscaloosa County Courthouse.
