TUESDAY : YELLOW
As part of a new project titled ‘Food for Thought,’ I am looking into the colourful nature of vegetarian cooking. This week, I am attempting to eat only one colour of food a day - trying to keep the ingredients as natural as possible. I’m hoping it will encourage me to be more experimental with my cooking, and try cooking with some fruit and veg that I wouldn’t normally go for. Tuesday was yellow, which was actually easier than I thought it would be.
