This is a unilaterally incompressible fluid with an internal friction solver that offsets internal stresses, as described by Narain, et. al in "Free-Flowing Granular Materials with Two-way Solid Coupling". I simplified the implementation for my needs.
This fluid is meant to behave like a granular material. The idea is that it flows like a fluid but still piles up, as granular materials do.
