We were able to get our hands on the new RODE Reporter mic and thought we'd put it through the paces. We had been using the Sennheiser MD46 with great success. While we love the clarity of the MD46, the tight pattern and wind noise made it a special use mic. It's great on sunny days with little to know wind and talent that knows how to handle it!
