Kes Sampanthar is an internationally recognized strategist and consultant, having worked for clients ranging from global concerns like Volkswagen, GE, Fila to media giants like Viacom, ESPN and Fox Interactive. He is currently the Director of Media Strategy and Innovation at Cynergy, an award-winning experience agency.
His career has spanned 2 continents and 2 decades ranging from research and development in artificial intelligence and game design to software architecture, innovation, technical consulting and media strategy. He is an industry expert and sought after speaker in innovation, internet architecture and most recently in the new field of Gamification. He has spoken in conferences around the world and is the organizer of TEDxPennQuarter in DC.
He is prolific inventor and has designed games, innovation tools, process methodologies, internet applications and most recently a new field of design; Motivational Design based on his current research into neuroscience, behavioral economics, game design, paleoanthropology, sociology and social network theory.
