Hosting over 350 delegates and welcoming over 30 speakers to the stage to share their knowledge and offer their advice for the future, the 2012 edition of Global Superyacht Forum covered a wealth of topics from monetary matters; project management and those involved in the build process; to ways we can improve the bottom line of the industry and the future of the industry through speaking with owners, regulators and the ethics we need to put into use to govern ourselves. Culminating a fabulous finale where Philippe Starck took to the stage to entertain us with his anecdotes, views and opinions on the superyacht industry.
Coinciding with the Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS), the Global Superyacht Forum continues to deliver on its promise to provide delegates with the news that matters most to them whilst giving them the opportunity to visit METS. From the new stage design to running a new game of SuperYacht Pavilion Pursuits to get everyone involved and take a sneak peek in METS, our events team were on hand to provide guests with a new look for GSF.
Dinner on the 13th was held at The Harbour Club and featured a delicious selection of local foods and cold drinks to relax and network. Closing drinks ensured everyone had one last chance to meet the people they came to see and discuss the overall impression of the Forum and sessions offered.
