Queseria Ochoa specializes in the traditional cheeses of Mexico, handcrafting Queso Fresco, Oaxaca and Cotija at their creamery in Albany. Using milk from a local dairy, owner and cheesemaker Francisco Ochoa makes cheese 6 days a week. Francisco took the dream started by his parents Froylan and Zoila and has made it a successful and tasty family business, running a cheese making facility and cheese shop in Albany.
