This is Week 10 of Scott's challenge to safely lose up to 50 lbs in 90 days (12 weeks). The real challenge is that Scott's busy lifestyle as a husband, father, and business owner forces him to get most of his food from drive throughs and fast food places.
Week 10 finds Scott back in LA after his visit with Donna and Zander in Arizona. Starting the week strong with a couple of tough workouts, to make up for the lost time in Week 9, Scott unfortunately finds himself catching the bug and it nails him hard.
