This was a very humorous talk given by an Austrian hacker who posed as an ambassador from a country with an extremely long name. The presentation was given inside a Titan I Nuclear Missile Silo in Washington State during ToorCamp, the United States' first ever full-scale hacker camp. Modelled after the camps in Holland and Germany, ToorCamp focused on all of the technology topics that ToorCon has become famous for, as well as expanding out into other areas of society.
