Great tutorial! I always wanted to know a way to achieve that and thought it was only done with some kind of 3d stroke. Nice to see it can be done with particular ! I am going to subscribe to your channel

File was corrupted somehow. I will add a new comment later this evening when I am able to re-upload to motion-graphics-exchange.com/

In the beginning you move the null object off to the left and after hitting the position key the null object jumped to the right. Am I missing something? I haven't done a lot with AE so maybe you could clearify that part. Thanks.

You caught me Janice! Sloppy editing on my part. Sorry for the confusion! After hitting the P key you need to set a keyframe for the position property. Then go to the end of the timeline and drag the null across the screen. The second keyframe will be created automatically. Hope that helps!

Nice job man. It felt a little slow, but in the end I ended up understanding what you were trying to get across. Nice technique. I'll definitely add that to my bag of tricks.
