Almost done and building in more fail safe system management right now. The turbo is on it's own oiling circuit which failed. Actually the on/off switch failed. So I had to rebuild the turbo. Balancing was done by Joe over at Petimore in El Paso. Boost limits are set to this elevation (5,500 to 8,000) and working on other variable computations to head gasket, rod, pin, piston, crank tolerances and adjoining components. All part of the fail safe for optimizing reliability under the conditions. I'll post a final video of the build and the dyno testing within the upcoming months. Waste gate will be on a three position linear solenoid, activated by myself or when the H20 injection tank gets low. I can drive around without any turbo pressures if I want. Warning light for H20 tank also incorporated as well as turbo oil pressure drop or if electric motor fails. Working on other fail safes. Also Stator is lightened by one pound. Boost pressures in first gear come in right a 6k, (up to 8psig) second at 5200k and third gear on at 4100.(up to 12psig) Hoping after further calculations to stay at these pressures.
